Vacature: Supply Chain Manager

Global Co-Packing is a family business specialized in packing nuts, seeds and dried fruits. With a modern machine park of 15 packaging lines and a strong focus on quality, flexibility and delivery reliability, we are looking for a driven Supply Chain Manager to take our processes to the next level.

What will you do?

As Supply Chain Manager, you are the hub of our company and responsible for a flawless order process and production planning. You maintain customer contact, process incoming orders, monitor the availability of materials and take care of the logistics planning. You will also prepare the production planning and manage both the warehouse and production teams. You report directly to the manager and play a key role in the cooperation between departments.

Some of your duties include:
– Order processing and administrative handling in our system
– Setting up and adjusting production planning
– Managing production and warehouse workers
– Taking care of logistics planning
– Ensuring timely delivery of packaging materials and raw materials
– Support production meetings and optimize internal processes
– Processing and analyzing production data and reports

 

What do bring you bring?

– HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the field of logistics, supply chain or business administration
– Experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment is a plus
– Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
– You are stress resistant, accurate and think in solutions
– Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written

At Global Copacking, we specialize in packing nuts and peanuts. Whereas many other copackers in the Netherlands avoid these product groups because of the complexities surrounding allergens, we have delved into this very area and distinguish it as one of our specialties.

We have specially equipped, sealed compartments in which nuts and peanuts are processed in a safe and controlled manner. In this way, we prevent cross-contamination and meet the strictest food safety requirements.

After each production order, we perform standard swap tests to carefully monitor the presence of allergens. Thus, we guarantee a safe and reliable packaging line for products with and without allergens.

Our advanced machinery ensures efficient and accurate packaging. And after packaging? Then there is room to temporarily store your products with us. With 4,500 square meters of internal storage space and 5,000 square meters of external capacity, we offer plenty of options for safe, temporary storage of your packaged goods.
