The story of paul lance
At the age of 17, I entered the packaging industry. For almost 30 years, I held various positions, getting to know all facets of this industry. In 2002, I founded H and L Packaging together with my business partner. Over the years we have built up a successful packaging company.
In 2004, we were awarded the full production contract for Catz International. This important collaboration led to the move to a new 1600m2 location. In 2010 an expansion of the location was necessary, which enabled us to grow further, both in terms of production capacity and customer base. Following the cooperation between VIP and Janssen GmHB in 2016, production was further expanded with an additional location, resulting in the move to Vimmerik 12 in Nieuwkuijk, where we have continued our activities ever since. Due to the business succession, H and L Packaging was split and we have been operating under the name Global Co-packing since 2018.

What are your moqs?
Our company is equipped to handle large volumes. Our efficient processes and modern production lines allow us to fulfill large orders quickly and economically – which has a direct positive effect on the unit price.
At the same time, we believe in building long-term partnerships. That’s why we like to think along with potential clients. If we see growth potential in a product or brand, we are happy to invest in it. In such cases, we are willing to deviate from our standard volumes and accept smaller runs, as low as 20,000 bags per production run.

Can you package nuts?
At Global Copacking, we specialize in packing nuts and peanuts. Whereas many other copackers in the Netherlands avoid these product groups because of the complexities surrounding allergens, we have delved into this very area and distinguish it as one of our specialties.
We have specially equipped, sealed compartments in which nuts and peanuts are processed in a safe and controlled manner. In this way, we prevent cross-contamination and meet the strictest food safety requirements.
After each production order, we perform standard swap tests to carefully monitor the presence of allergens. Thus, we guarantee a safe and reliable packaging line for products with and without allergens.

Yes, with us you can safely store your product. Thanks to our full-service approach, we take the entire packaging process off your hands – from advising you on the right packaging materials to pairing you with experienced designers for an appropriate and professional design.
Our advanced machinery ensures efficient and accurate packaging. And after packaging? Then there is room to temporarily store your products with us. With 4,500 square meters of internal storage space and 5,000 square meters of external capacity, we offer plenty of options for safe, temporary storage of your packaged goods.

We are certified at the highest level to both IFS and BRC standards, with audits taking place completely unannounced – a confirmation of our continuous focus on quality and safety.
For organic products, we hold the official SKAL certificate, meeting the strict requirements surrounding the processing and packaging of organic food. In addition, we have E-recognition, which allows us to fill products with weight indications that meet the European e-norms.
Global Copacking is also a proud member of the European Co-Packers Association (ECPA), a trade association that stands for cooperation and knowledge sharing within the copacking industry in Europe.
